Our judgment defines us.

It has been said that we often judge others by their actions, but always judge ourselves by our intentions.

This kind of thinking will quite often lead us to excuse our own bad behavior as being well-meaning or understandable..

while ... we judge that "other" person as just being a jerk.

Who then is the real jerk?

Reminds me of a Bob Marley song -

Don't you look at me so smug
And say I'm going bad.
Who are you to judge me
And the life that I live?
I know that I'm not perfect
And that I don't claim to be.
So before you point your fingers,
Be sure your hands are clean.

Judge not
Before you judge yourself.
Judge not
If you're not ready for judgment.

Woah oh oh!

The road of life is rocking
And you may stumble too.
So while you talk about me,
someone else is judging you.

Judge not
Before you judge yourself.
Judge not
If you're not ready for judgment.

Woah oh oh!

The road of life is rocky
And you may stumble too.
So while you talk about me...

Someone else is judging you,
  Someone else is judging you,
    Someone else is judging you,
       Someone else is judging you,
          Someone else is judging you!

Truth is if you judge someone (before you get to know them), your judgement is defining YOU,

NOT THEM.

Make it a non-judgmental kind of dia!
