How about a do - over?

How often do you find yourself off to a bad start or having a bad day?

If you work for a large corporation I understand how much stress that can be.

Start by slowing things down.

Do some deep breathing execises.

I mean I am not telling to avoid your tasks or your responsibilities...

just re-pace yourself.

Reply only to the e-mails that are needing urgent attention.

Prioritize the rest.

Take several breaks..  walk around.

Engage a friendly colleague for a few minutes.

Drink an extra cup of coffee or a soda.

You need to be able to change your perspective about your workday.

By taking a few minutes to adjust your day...

your attitude will change.. 

and your outlook will too.

This will leave you feeling like you can be more productive.
